The genuine Shurflo replacement upper housing for 5059 series high-volume diaphragm pumps, with female pipe thread ports. Replace it when the housing is cracked, the port threads are stripped, or it leaks at the fittings. The upper housing is a common casualty when a pump freezes with water inside.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does it come with a pressure switch?
No. This is the housing only, so move the pressure switch over from your old housing. Shurflo also makes a version with the switch installed (94-910-01). Call us at 602-371-1993 if you need it.
How do I keep it from cracking again?
Most cracked housings come from water freezing inside the pump. In cold weather, drain the pump or run a 50/50 antifreeze mix through it before storage.
Any installation tips?
Use the new o-ring, and tighten the bolts evenly in a star pattern so the housing seals all the way around. Don’t overtighten the plastic ports when threading in fittings.
